These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access and use of the Company Inc. platform, mobile application, and related services (collectively the "Services"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Company Inc. ("Company", "we", "us").

By registering for an account or using any part of our Services, you acknowledge that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you are using the Services on behalf of a business or legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

Jewelers registered on our platform agree to uphold the highest standards of professionalism, quality, and legal compliance at all times. As a jeweler, you are solely responsible for the system, listing, and transactions conducted through the Services.

Jeweler obligations include, but are not limited to:

• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete product or service information
• Maintaining valid business licenses and certifications as required by law
• Complying with all consumer protection laws applicable in the relevant jurisdiction
• Promptly responding to customer inquiries and disputes within 48 hours
• Not engaging in deceptive pricing, false advertising, or fraudulent trade practices
