Follow this guide in the Gold Bazaar app to permanently delete your profile. You must be signed in to complete these steps.
How to delete your account
Three steps in the app
Open the Gold Bazaar app on your phone, then follow this path. Account deletion cannot be completed from this website — the app will ask you to confirm before anything is removed.

Open Privacy & Data
Inside Profile, select Privacy & Data to view the options that control your personal information.

Delete My Account
Tap Delete My Account, then confirm in the dialog that appears. This action is permanent and cannot be undone.
What happens after deletion
- Your profile and login are removed from the Gold Bazaar app.
- Personal data linked to your account is deleted, except records we must keep for legal, financial, or fraud-prevention reasons.
- You can create a new account later, but previous profile data will not be restored.
